Privacy Policy
Our Commitment This Privacy Policy is intended to express our commitment to quality and integrity in all our products and business dealings. Our policy will be continuously assessed as new technologies emerge, and business practices and our customers' needs change.
Not For Sale We may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or it is neccessary for the protection of our legal rights.
Otherwise, We will not sell, trade, or otherwise distribute your name, address, phone, email, financial information, or any other information about you as an individual, except as is neccessary in fulfilling actions you have requested of us (purchasing products, sending literature, etc.)
We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, Web site traffic patterns and related Web site information to our affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data.
Tracking MoTron tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. MoTron does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
MoTron sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
Cookies Cookies are a feature of Web browser software that allows Web servers to recognize the computer used to access a Web site. Cookies are small pieces of data that are stored by a user’s Web browser on the user’s hard drive. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. Cookies can retain a small amount of information from one page access to the next on the same site.
We use cookies to help with site navigation, to help with presenting the web page optimally for your computer, and to track your session at our site. (See tracking, above.) We do not use cookies for anything else. If cookies are turned off on your browser, Web site navigation and appearance may be diminished, but the site will continue to function.
